Full payment must be made before work begins. Indian clients can use UPI or bank transfer, while international clients may use PayPal or bank transfer.

Each package/service includes a maximum of two revisions for minor adjustments. Changes outside the original instructions or after the revision period will incur additional charges.

Sales and discounts are offered for a limited time. All sales are final, and discounted orders are not eligible for refunds. Urgent delivery charges are not discounted.

The timeline for each service depends on the specifications or complexity of the service opted for. Prior information shall be provided via email regarding the delivery date.

Work done by The Company for the Client is the full ownership of the Client. The company is “work-for-hire.” The Company may ask the Client to post some of the final work done for the client on the website www.carryatune.in and may do so ONLY if provided with written approval from the client.

Attempting to sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Attempting to use our Resources in any other song than the one for which services were provided and Resources created is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are subject to the professional quality and performance guarantee. However, it also means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

i) The information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable.

Furthermore, you understand and agree that:

ii) Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through our Resources is done at your discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any data loss that may result from the download of such content.

Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by CARRY A TUNE.

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

This website is controlled by CARRY A TUNE. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. By accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of our state, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
