It is your (the customer) sole responsibility to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before making any order or using any of the services provided at the website (www.carryatune.in)

We take safety measures to protect your valuable information. Every time you submit sensitive information like audio files, name, phone number, address, email and any other info you may send us via our website or e-mail, it is protected both online and offline. We use access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access. 

All the information and material on the website are owned by us and licensed to us, with the consent to use it. Unauthorized usage of anything related to this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Reproduction is strictly forbidden and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

PAYMENTS:

Full payment should be made prior to the starting of work. Payments can be made by the following modes: 

– UPI

– BANK TRANSFER

– PAYPAL

Indian customers can pay for the service via UPI and Bank Transfer. In contrast, international customers can pay via the PayPal option or the Bank Account Transfer Option.


REVISIONS:

Each service package includes two sets of revisions.

The revisions phase is designed for minor adjustments with a turnaround time of 5 business days. 

Below are the full details of what factors are and are not considered for revisions:


What factors are considered?

Adjustments to instructions mentioned that perhaps aren’t exactly how you envisioned them. Need to adjust the volume of an instrument and/or vocal. Need to adjust the effects (i.e. more reverb, less delay)


What factors are not covered?

Adding any new instruction that was not mentioned at the point of starting the project. It does not include arrangement changes like creating drops, stop effects and mutes. Submissions of new files (Vocal files or instrument files) are not included.

From the time the final track is delivered, you are eligible for two days to request the first free revision. However, if you are not content after the first revision, you have a period of two days to request another revision. This request will be addressed only for five days until the first delivery. After the completion of this specified period, your project is considered complete, and you can no longer avail the option to use any remaining free revisions.

In case you want more revisions after your project has been completed, this will be chargeable, and the client will have to pay an additional fee.


SALES AND DISCOUNTS:

We sometimes offer sales and discounts on our services. These sales are valid only for a limited time period. When a client orders a service during the time of the sale, he/she should clearly understand that the pricing is final, meaning there will be no refunds or credit honored in this case, even if the work is in process. Rendering of orders made during a sale will be done on a first-come, first-serve basis. The client should clearly understand that there will be no set turnaround time for the order made during the sale. If the client wants the track to be delivered urgently, no discount will be given on the urgent delivery charges.

Project Delivery:

Once the project is  completed;

1. For Music Arrangement Services: You are eligible to get either an individual stem file or logic session file. If you want both you need to bear an extra cost for that.

2. Mixing and Mastering: After completion, you will get a mixed file.

All the project files will be in our possession for 15 days after the successful delivery to the client, and after that, we will no longer have the file on us; hence, we will no longer be responsible for resending it after the above mentioned period.

REFUNDS:

We believe in keeping all our customers pleased and complacent. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with the results of our services, we are willing to make small changes and adjustments free of cost. But, you will be able to get bigger adjustments done by using Free Revision(s) available only.

No refund policy is applicable to the purchase of any service from www.carryatune.in  As a customer, you are only responsible for understanding this policy upon purchasing any service from us. By processing an order at www.carryatune.in, you automatically agree to all of the terms listed on the website. UNDERSTANDING AND RESPONSIBILITY:

The client themselves is responsible for reading and understanding the entire terms and conditions and refund policies. By making payment at www.carryatune.in, the client states that they have read and agreed to each point mentioned in the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
